Teaching the kids about the Celtics before the game
Before the game we ate at The Fours, a restaurant across the street from the garden. All of our food was fabulous and many of the sandwiches were named after Boston sports' legends.

The Larry Bird Sandwich, Fries, and Boston Baked Beans
The kids were very excited once they entered the arena and both said, "Wow!" We found our seats and took a few pictures.
We were surprised at how into the game the kids were. I tried to get Kira to take a walk with me at one point and she said she didn't want to because she didn't want to miss any of the game. Logan was really following the action and would cheer every time the Celtics scored, even for foul shots. Both kids ended up on the jumbotron multiple times but unfortunately, an obnoxious Lakers fan in front of us kept standing up and blocking them.
The Celtics ended up losing to the Lakers but it was still an exciting game. It was also Kobe Bryant's last game in Boston so that was a big deal.
