Quiet Christmas

We were busy during the whole Christmas season with all of our advent activities, but it all ended perfectly with a quiet Christmas at home.

On Christmas Eve (day) we went to my parents' house and had a big meal with grandparents and my sister's family.  We opened all of the presents that were for or from my sister's family because they were flying to Florida that evening.  On Christmas Eve we went to church and then drove around town looking at Christmas lights.

On Christmas morning my parents came over and we had a delicious breakfast.  Then we took our time opening presents at different points throughout the day and snacking in between.  It was a quiet and relaxing day and we enjoyed our time as a family.
