Trip to San Francisco

Kira and I went on a trip to San Francisco at the beginning of April to visit friends.  My college roommate currently lives out there and her daughter is Kira's first and oldest friend (they are 7 days apart).

Kira did great pulling her luggage through the airport and entertained herself through the long flight.  We arrived early in the afternoon and headed to a park to enjoy the beautiful weather.  Within minutes of getting out of the car, Kira tripped on the gravel path and hurt her finger and chin.  Aunt Lauren was prepared though and had band aids and a chocolate chip cookie to cheer up Kira.  We enjoyed the view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance and then headed back to their house for dinner.
