In September Kira and I went to a kid's cooking class at Maggiano's as an early birthday present from Grandma. When we got there, Kira first decorated a chef's hat and got an apron. We snacked on cookies and coffee. Then they got a tutorial on how to make lasagna from the head chef. Once back at their seats, the kids were given all of the ingredients and were allowed to assemble a small lasagna to take home. After making their lasagnas, the waiters brought out lasagnas that the chefs had made for us to enjoy there. It was a fun (and yummy!) experience for both of us. Kira was excited to take home her lasagna and bake it so Daddy and Logan could eat some of it.
