Fall Fun

I am so behind on blogging so it's time to combine three posts into one!  At the end of October we were busy with all of the fun things that happen in the fall.  One evening after Jeff got home from work we took the kids to the Burke Nursery Pumpkin Playground.  We didn't have the time to go out to Cox Farms so we decided to check out this place since it was closer and cheaper.  I think I still prefer Cox Farms, but Burke Nursery was great for little kids and not too big.

The kids were able to dress up in costume for a Fall Festival at church and on Halloween for trick or treating.  Logan and Kira loved trick or treating this year.  Logan dressed up like a shark and Kira was Princess Lolly from Candy Land.  We ended up walking around our neighborhood with some other families and covered a lot of ground.  Kira kept up with the bigger kids, running from house to house and shouting, "Happy Halloween, Goodbye!" to each person after walking away from their doors.  Logan quickly forgot his stranger anxiety and was pretty good at saying, "Trick or treat!"  He had an amazing amount of energy and wanted to walk most of the time.
