More Birthday Festivities

Last week was very exciting for us as our friends from Abu Dhabi came home for a short visit before heading on to their next posting.  We joined them on Sunday afternoon to celebrate Kieran's birthday, who turned 4 one week before Kira.  We had a yummy lunch at The Cheesecake Factory and then the kids were able to make a bear at Build a Bear.  The two girls had such a great time together and even though they are usually separated by long distances, they always pick up right where they left off (just like their mothers).

This was Logan's first time at Build a Bear.  He was a little unsure at first but then got into it.  It probably didn't help that it was really busy in the store, his nap time, and he had a bad cold.  Kira created a rainbow bear with a fairy outfit and Logan made a bear with a Cars outfit.  There was a lot going on so I only got pictures of Kira, Alek, and Logan "washing" their stuffed animals after they were stuffed.
